Later I tried to remove the battery and discovered that it was close to impossible, even with toothpicks! :p

However, after removing the battery and putting it back the scale worked! :)
I can't say if it's better or worse than other scales (earlier I used a kitchen scale with 1g precision..), but it suits my needs just fine.

I recommend this product if you don't wanna spend 50€ on a new scale, it's definitely sufficient. It looks nice too. :)”
