GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) is an amino acid produced in the brain. It acts as a neurotransmitter--a chemical that fosters communication between nerve cells--and helps to keep stress-related nerve impulses at bay. Therefore it is popularly referred to as the body's natural tranquilizer. With these caps, the amount of GABA in the brain will always be sufficient, so that a constant tranquility of mind can be experienced. Stress situations and restlessness will not get a grip on you.

Usage

Take 1-3 tablets a day with ample amount of water. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains:
- Gamma-aminobutyric acid 500 mg
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate

Warning

Do not use when pregnant or when breastfeeding. Do not combine with alcohol. Consult your health care specialist when combining GABA with other medication or (prescription) drugs.
