“Within minutes of taking the first pill I felt dizzy, nauseous and shortness of breath, but with loads of energy due to the caffeine. Drinking shed loads of water did nothing to alleviate the symptoms and within an hour came the headache which would last a good seven hours. After my workout I felt like I was going to die as I was absolutely gasping for breath and felt so dizzy and nauseous that I had to lie down for about half hour. Also, as hard as I tried I could not fall asleep that night due to the amount of caffeine in that pill. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.”
