“These caps are great! When you feel tired at work or when you want to go to a party, just take one and you`ll feel totally awake! It also gives you a little rush. But be aware: when I took one in the weekend before I went to a party, I took it too late with the result that I couldn`t sleep at all that night. It works for more than 6 hours. Red Bull or other smart drinks are nice in combination with Ephedra. But don`t drink too much! ”

Wow once accidentaly took two tabs instead of the one stated on the packet spent 4 hours walking round Nijmegen before getting up the nerve to go into a bar for a stiff drink to calm down, it was only midday an all.
