Cedar wood

Cedars are trees up to 40 meters tall with spicy-resinous scented wood. They are native to the mountains of the western Himalaya and the Mediterranean region.

Ceder wood is uplifting, has antiseptic qualities, reduces anxiety and is a mild aphrodisiac. It's inspiring and boosts self-confidence.

Usage

To inhale the essential oils, put a few chips (as small as possible) in a vaporizer, or heat them using an aroma lamp.
