Return policy

Typically there are four situations in which you could choose to return products. These situations are:

  1. You wanted to cancel the order, but the package was already sent
  2. The product(s) arrived damaged
  3. You decided you didnít want the product in the cooling-off period
  4. The product(s) became defective while under warranty

Below youíll find more information on our policy for each situation.

1. Cancelling an order

Order that havenít been paid yet (except COD), donít need to be cancelled. If you want to cancel an order youíve already paid for, please contact customer service as soon as possible. Cancelling an order that has not yet shipped is free of charge.

Too late with cancelling and your order has already shipped? In this case you can refuse the package when itís delivered. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible in order to process the cancellation swiftly.


2. Damaged during transit

We always take great care in maintaining the quality of our products and shipping process. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, please email customer service within 7 days.

Please mention your order number and add a photograph that clearly shows the damage. Customer service will email you a form with further instructions together with an address label for you to attach to the outside of your package. Returned items will only be processed when accompanied by a return form.


3. Cooling-off period

If you are not 100% satisfied with one or more of your products, you may return your order to us. Please note we can only accept returns within 14 days after receiving the product. Always contact our customer service first if you want to send something back to us!

We will email you a form with further instructions together with an address label for you to attach to the outside of your package. Returned items will only be processed when accompanied by a return form.


4. Defective

If a product becomes defective within the warranty period you can return the product to us. We will try to fix it for you or, if that isnít possible, replace the item. If you want to return a damaged or defective product to us, please carefully read the warranty policy.

If the damage to the product is covered by the warranty, please contact our customer service. We will email you a form with further instructions together with an address label for you to attach to the outside of your package. Returned items will only be processed when accompanied by a return form.
